Addigy offers scalable pricing tiers that are based on the number and types of endpoints that your organization manages. Our goal is to make it easy to add new devices at any time as your business needs change.
Do you offer demos or trials of Addigy?
Live demos as well as a 14-day free trial are available. You can sign up for a demo or contact our sales team to get your trial started.
Are there any required minimums?
Addigy requires a $200/month commitment.
Does pricing include support?
All Addigy customers receive access to our extensive collection of knowledge base articles and support from our US-based team of Apple experts. For an additional charge, customers can opt-in to our premium support services which includes extended support hours and priority ticket response times.
What is included in the Addigy onboarding services?
Addigy onboarding services are free, and designed to get you up and running in no time. You’ll meet with a member of the Addigy team to ensure all of your Apple endpoints are set up and ready to manage. You can also engage in our paid onboarding services, which offer a customized migration and implementation plan suited to your specific situation.
What currencies does Addigy accept?
We accept payments in USD only.
Do you offer annual or monthly price plans?
Addigy provides both monthly and annual contract terms, allowing you flexibility in choosing what suits your organization best. Subscriptions are invoiced in advance, covering your contracted number of endpoints. For monthly subscriptions, additional endpoints added are billed as overages at the end of each subscription cycle. Annual customers can add new devices at any time as your business needs change.
Can I upgrade to a different plan at a later time?
Absolutely. Our Account Managers are always on hand to assist you with any upgrades required.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer special pricing for MSPs, non-profits, and educational institutes. For more information, please contact our sales team to discuss.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept payment via ACH or any major credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Existing customers can manage their credit card information on the Billing page of the Addigy web app.
