MSPs increase macOS support with new Addigy Prebuilt App Catalogue
MSPs are largely PC-centric. This excludes them from the increase in Mac devices, because they are struggling to keep up with the influx of Mac devices in their customers’ and prospects’ businesses. They leave money on the table because they don’t have the expertise or bandwidth to manage and secure them. Miami-based Addigy, which makes multi-tenanted management software for all types of Apple devices, has sold them through an MSP channel, which broadened out significantly since their first distribution deal, with Pax8 in 2021.
