Addigy Certified Professional (ACP)
Our expert course is two full days of instruction. This training is available remotely, and is appropriate for users that want to dig deeper into the Apple ecosystem and Apple device management using Addigy.

This 2-day tier-3 course builds on previous training certifications to help experienced admins design, automate, and secure Apple fleet management at scale.
You’ll combine Apple MDM Framework with core Addigy capabilities—policies and Flex Policies, Smart Software & Conditions, device facts, monitoring, and Addigy Self Service—with scripting and the Addigy API to create end-to-end provisioning, compliance, and remediation workflows across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS.

- Addigy Admins who have completed Addigy Certified Expert (ACE) and actively manage Apple devices using Addigy
(MSPs, ACNs, Enterprise IT Administrators) - Technical professionals responsible for automation, compliance, and security in Apple device deployments

- Creating and using custom facts for advanced reporting and automation
- Reading, editing, and deploying property list (plist) changes
- Advanced scripting techniques, including loops and multi-user checks
- Automating tasks and reporting through the Addigy API
- Integrating multiple Addigy features into end-to-end workflows
Prerequisite
- Completion of Addigy Certified Expert (ACE) is required before attending ACP.
Recommended Knowledge and Requirements
- A personal Apple account
- Strong experience with macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS device navigation and system preferences
- Basic Bash and zShell scripting knowledge is strongly recommended

Lesson 11 – API Fundamentals
- REST, JSON, and Addigy’s API structure
- Using Swagger and curl for API queries
- Authentication and endpoint navigation
