What is the Addigy Intelligence Suite?
It’s the intelligence layer inside Apple device management — not a separate console or a chatbot bolted onto one. You describe what your Macs need in plain language; the platform supplies the Apple-specific knowledge and the Addigy-specific knowledge, proposes an action, and executes it in real time once you approve.
Does my data go to Anthropic or OpenAI?
No. Our AI runs on third-party models accessed through our AWS infrastructure. Your device data is not used to train models, and it is not stored after a request completes. AI Script Assist also strips sensitive values before any model call, and the Addigy MCP server never grants an AI agent more access than the API key it was issued.
Can it change something on a Mac without me approving it?
No. It proposes; you approve. No command executes on a Mac without a person saying yes, and the agent inherits your existing RBAC — it can’t reach anything your permissions don’t already reach.
How is this different from connecting Claude or ChatGPT to my environment?
A general-purpose model has no context on your Macs and no enforcement point on the device. It can write you a script; it can’t see live device state, it doesn’t know which Addigy binary already does the job, and it has nothing to execute through. If you’d rather bring your own agent, that’s what the Addigy MCP is for — same context, same guardrails, your tooling.
What happens after October 31, 2026?
After October 31, 2026, Addigy Intelligence becomes a paid tier. Nothing converts automatically and nothing starts billing unless you choose it — you’ll see in-product messaging well before the date. Your Addigy Apple MDM environment continues working exactly as it does today whether or not you add the tier.
