Press Release | Addigy Unveils Latest Corporate Growth and Momentum
The rapid shift to remote work increased Apple adoption, and escalated the need for proactive device security sends companies flocking to Apple device management tools
MIAMI — September 22, 2021 — Addigy, the only cloud-based, multi-tenant Apple device management software that makes it easy for managed service providers (MSPs) and corporate IT teams to monitor and manage employees’ Mac, iPad, and iPhone devices from a single location, anywhere in the world, continues to see significant growth in 2021.
“We are extremely excited about the accelerated Addigy growth, specifically in providing organizations with the most advanced Apple device management platform in the world today,” said Jason Dettbarn, founder and CEO of Addigy. “With the clear and growing tailwinds of Apple adoption, driven by the Apple Silicon generation of Macs, Addigy is ideally positioned to help organizations adopt Macs and deliver the same level of security and management as they provide to their managed Windows devices today.”
Addigy in H1 2021 saw a 59 percent increase in new customer acquisition when compared to H1 2020. The company is now serving over 4,000 customers to date. In addition to its MSP customers, key direct IT clients include Appian, Looker, Goodwill, BambooHR, and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
On Addigy’s customer retention
The industry churns customers at 10x the rate that Addigy does. Retention scores for the company remain at an all-time high with only a 0.5 percent monthly churn rate over the H1 2021, an impressive result when compared to the average SaaS industry churn rates of approximately 5 percent or more. Overall, the company boasts an annualized retention rate of 94.6 percent.
Product innovations and security accomplishments
In March 2021, Addigy released Universal Search, which allows users to search across any and all device information in order to locate what meets certain criteria and take action quickly and efficiently. The company in March also launched version 3 of its Policy Summary, which provides users with a quick snapshot of what their policy is doing. In June, Addigy launched Addigy Identity, which simplifies users’ authentication and onboarding at the macOS login window. With Addigy Identity, users can log in with the same authentication they use across environments on their macOS systems as well. No extra configuration on the Identity Provider side is necessary. Addigy also successfully achieved SOC 2 Type II certification in 2021.
Addigy’s team continues to grow in a variety of ways
Diversity is key to creating a culture of excellence. The current Addigy team consists of approximately 70 employees and continues to grow. While women play a vital role in the success of the company with nearly half of the team made-up of female employees — including a whopping 37.5 percent female engineering group — the overall make-up of the employee-base includes 61 percent of employees with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Having been named an Inc. 2020 “Best Places to Work,” the company’s culture is one that fosters collaboration, values ideas, and encourages employees to take time for themselves.
