We are able to tap into economies of scale and optimize common tasks for all clients environments, like software deployment, OS patching and restrictions, scripting and automation and templatizing policies. We estimate this will reduce the time our team dedicates to MDM management by at least 30% each week, creating happier team members and allowing us to more effectively secure our managed endpoints.

Addigy offers flexible and transparent pricing, including monthly plans—an option many Apple MDM providers don’t provide. This allows IT teams and MSPs to scale at their own pace without being locked into long-term contracts or rigid pricing tiers.

Addigy provides real-time security and compliance enforcement, supporting CIS, NIST, CMMC, and DISA STIG frameworks with continuous monitoring and automated remediation. Policies are enforced instantly without waiting for scheduled check-ins.

Addigy’s compliance framework uses the official baselines for macOS and iOS (includes iPadOS) from National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Unlike other MDMs however, Addigy’s offering also allows admins flexibility:

  • Select only a subset of baseline rules to enforce, rather than all all-or-nothing approach. The full list of CIS rules is often beyond what an organization can initially handle. Addigy lets admins easily toggle the rules they want to enforce, which gives compliance teams a way to improve their audits over time.
  • Benchmarks can be deployed as Monitor-Only or Enforced. Monitor-Only benchmarks—usually deployed in full, with all rules enabled—provide admins with a complete picture of their fleet’s security without affecting devices or end-users. Enforced benchmarks automatically fix any failed tests with the appropriate remedy.
  • Layering multiple benchmarks. This might sound excessive but the flexibility is powerful. Admins can apply a full, monitor-only benchmark along with a second, enforced benchmark with rules that are deemed non-negotiable. This provides visibility into your security gaps that you can gradually move from monitor-only to enforcement.
  • Custom rules and benchmarks. Admins who have special compliance requirements can create rules and deploy them in addition to the main rule sets. Addigy will report them as pass/fail along with the ones provided by the prebuilt official benchmarks.
  • Dashboards and Data Exports. Finally, all of the above is reported immediately by Addigy and visible both in prebuilt compliance dashboards or as exportable data for intelligence platforms like PowerBI.

Addigy has several features described as “live” that differentiate Addigy from other MDMs. Live Terminal, Live Desktop, GoLive, and Live Chat all enable you to instantly access and troubleshoot issues, without waiting for scheduled check-ins.

For IT teams and MSPs that need fast response times and continuous visibility, Addigy’s real-time management tools provide the speed and efficiency required to minimize downtime and enhance user support.

Yes! Addigy provides two different types of multi-tenancy: A parent-child account structure for true data separation, and a single-account solution that is unique in the industry. The latter enables MSPs to view all client devices and manage settings and deployments from a single console. IT teams can apply policies across organizations while maintaining granular control over users and devices, ensuring efficient scaling and streamlined operations.

For MSPs looking to optimize workflows and reduce management complexity, Addigy’s multi-tenant capabilities provide the flexibility needed to support diverse client environments.
